Expected to have an enjoyable meal but that did not happen. The atmosphere was average but the staff seemed too interested in other things. When we were seated in a booth, our waitress came over to ask what we wanted. That is where the problem started. This waitress smelled like she had taken a bath in deodorant. It was sooooooo strong that you could taste it. When she walked down the aisle, there was a wake of the odor. It got to a point that my wife started getting sick to her stomach from the smell. That's when the second problem happened. I went to the two "Managers" standing by the front and asked politely for a different waitress and explained the situation. They said they would definitely take care of it. Twenty minutes later and enduring the smelly waitress three more time, nothing was done. After observing the managers, it was obvious that the employees ran the place and not the managers. The managers did not want to confront the waitress. So, when she came back a fourth time I politely told her not to come near the table again because of the odor. After, that we had a nice friendly waitress. Lastly, add to the experience that the wings on our appetizer was old and rubbery, the boneless wings were poor, and my son's traditional wings were cold... I don't think that the big screen tv's all over the place make up for the lack of service or food.

I go here every Sunday. Justin is a great bartender who is always happy to serve you. They have lots of TVs so your sporting event will always be on. If it isn't Justin will gladly put it on for you. And they have the best bloodys at a reasonable price. They actually use Absolut Peppar Vodka which makes it great.

Great service and awsome wings. They have a full bar and big menus, so If you don't want wings they have salads, burgars, wraps etc. Price is very reasonable and they have wing Tues and Thurs for cheap!!! I don't remember the actual price but it is worth the visit!!

A fine addition to the mediocre eating options in the EC area. I am a huge fan of their wide selection of beer, appetizers, and wings. A must for any sports fan.

One of my favorite restaurants. Whoever is running this place is doing a great job. We ALWAYS have a great experience when we go. It can get a little pricey for us so we like to go on tues or thurs when they have wing specials. They have the best wings in town!

My wife and I visit often. Good atmosphere. What you would expect from a BWW. What makes it great. Is management. On very few occasions that service or food missed the mark. Management has always made everything right.

Food is GREAT. Service.... terrible. They need either more servers or to shrink the size of the establishment. Every visit, the poor girls run their tails off and I have to flag them down for a refill on diet coke after waiting 10 minutes.

The Wings are to die for! We had a great server but the hosts weren't friendly at all, outside patio was another big plus in my book, it also overlooks the oak wood hills/mall area which is beautiful. I would recommend going with anyone who also loves sports! Great environment

Yet again I had a great meal from Buffalo Wild Wings. We went in around 8pm and were seated right away, but we sat down to a wet table and had to wait about 5 minutes before our server came to our table. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer and it was good!! And it came with just the right amount. Also the celery/carrots/peppers were a nice bonus. My husband ordered honey BBQ wings and spicy BBQ wings. He said they were awesome. Haha I ordered boneless mild wings and was just as pleased. As we were finishing up, a manager came to our table to apologize for our table being damp and the delay we experienced when we had gotten there. Then she took our appetizer off our bill. I was surprised!! I'm glad they paid attention to detail and noticed what happened when we arrived. So overall, I was yet again a satisfied customer.

I'm personally not a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings only because I don't feel like wings can be a complete dinner. The space of this location was really nice. It wasn't too busy when I went so that was nice. Our waitress was very nice, we ran into a problem with a coupon we were trying to use and the manager seemed to be trying hard to be nice to us when he really seemed annoyed by the situation. We got chips con queso for an appetizer and the chips were very bland but that is obviously not their specialty. The wings were good but that's expected. It was a typical experience here.

Perhaps it was just the location... The food took forever to get to the table, and we had to ask for extra napkins and silverware. Also, my burger was charred...WELL done. I suppose I have higher standards, being from out of state. C-
